If you have not registered on our website, updates relating to your order will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when purchasing the product/s.
Preparing order: Your order is paid and confirmed
Preparing delivery: The logistics department is preparing your order in the warehouse.
Shipped: your order has been handed over to the courier. You can also see the courier and shipment number.
Pending: If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, we are waiting to receive your payment.
Refunded: Your order has been canceled before shipping and refunded.
Canceled: Your order was not successful.
