If you want to cancel your order, please send a request to our Customer Service here as soon as possible.
In case of an order with "in stock" products, order cancellation requests are taken into account by our Customer Service only if made before 9 am on the day the goods are shipped. Otherwise, if the order is already being processed or shipped, you may be required to pay the handling and return fees.
If you have already paid, the total amount spent will be credited back to you via the same payment method used for the purchase.
If, on the other hand, the order is already in the process of leaving our warehouses, you will be given a partial refund with the deduction of the product returning cost.
