If you do not like the item you will need to open a return request with our Customer Service department by clicking here.
Customer service will tell you the amount of the return charge, and provide you with an approximate date for pickup.
The courier can pick up your return Monday through Friday (excluding holidays); pickup is street-side only, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., by UPS courier, with no specific time indication and no phone notice.
Please be sure to be at home or the driver will not pick up the parcels. Do not leave your boxes out of the porch or someone could steal them. If you are not available that day, you can print the labels and drop off the boxes to a UPS drop off center.
If you confirm the pickup date notified by Customer Service, a specific communication will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your account, with attached documents to be printed and handed over to the deliveryman at the time of pickup.
If there are any difficulties with the pickup, always contact our Customer Service department.
A refund is then issued upon receipt of the goods, within 5 working days, using the same payment method you used when ordering.
You can also decide to return your order yourself. In this case, we remind you that the Customer is responsible for the shipment. It is therefore necessary that you inform us of the return tracking number and the courier to whom you have handed over the goods.
