If the tracking shows delays in the shipment delivery, these could be the reasons:
- Your shipment is made up of several packages and not all of them have arrived at their destination; for this reason, it often happens that the couriers wait for everything to arrive at its destination before proceeding with the final delivery. Don't worry, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
- The address and/or telephone number you provided us for delivery is incorrect or partial: check in your Account that all your data is fully filled out and correct. If this is not the case, contact our Customer Service or that of the courier.
- Transport strikes, adverse weather conditions, and holidays could cause delays in delivery and anomalies in the tracking view. Even in very busy periods for couriers such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Easter, deliveries could be slowed down, above all because the handling of our packages (usually bulky) is more complicated for carriers.
- The courier attempted a delivery but you weren't available. Normally, you should have received a text or email notifying you of the delivery, so you can manage the redelivery of your order from there. If you have not received anything or are experiencing difficulties, please contact our Customer Service.
